Dinner and cat nip
Dinner for tonight - spinach and strawberry salad with yummy homemade dressing, roasted veggies (corn, asparagus, and carrots), and mushrooms stuffed with blue cheese and leftover steak. Yum! A springtime-ish meal (asparagus, spinach, strawberries), plus the mushrooms were local!
