October Snow

These pictures were from yesterday, when Jack and I drove up to Georgetown with my mom. But we also got snow (1st of the season!) at our house this morning. About an inch, but it was enough that Jon collected all the remaining peppers, tomatoes, tomatillos, and herbs from our plants. Sadly, we haven't even had any tomatillos or bell peppers ripen all the way yet! For some reason, our plants seem to grow very slowly, and our growing season is short.

We saw 2 deer having a late lunch in someone's backyard.

Tomorrow, Jack, Mom and I are flying to Virginia to visit my grandma. So we'll be back in a couple of weeks with some new pictures!
