A 24 Hour Difference
Yesterday it was in the 70's, and Jack and I ate lunch on the deck.
All my Sweet Allysum plants are still going strong, surrounded by a variety of annuals that died in the snow/freezes so far. I didn't realize this was so hardy!
Jack likes to line up his toys.
He played while I prepped Momma Cat's winter quarters - our outdoor table pushed up against the house, with a tarp tied down on top, chairs surrounding it to keep the tarp down, plus her heating pad/blankets/food underneath.
The storm was just starting to roll in this morning during our errands.
These were around 10 this morning, and now it's starting to snow!

Snow
It snowed Wednesday night and last night - maybe a couple of inches each night.
Random shot of Jack playing in the fridge - he likes to climb in and turn the light off and on.

Estes and RMNP
We spent Labor Day up in Estes Park, with thousands of other people! It was the most crowded I've ever seen it. We ate lunch in Estes, and walked along the river a bit, then drove up into RMNP.
Above treeline - it was cold and windy!
A few of the aspens are already turning yellow at the higher altitudes.

Soccer star
Jack at the school playground last weekend. Someone left a basketball out, and Jack used it to practice his soccer skills.
