Flowers and car doors

 We spend some time outside every evening after dinner - either a walk or playing in the yard.

 The roses are looking a bit worse for wear after last week's hail storm.

We have a low-hanging branch on the maple tree in the front yard.  Jack loves it when I pull it down so he can play with the leaves.

Garden plot

Jack and I went to the garden plot this morning to add some more compost.  And yes, that is a shovel on the stroller.  I'm using it as a makeshift wagon, until our real wagon arrives from Amazon.  It works pretty well, actually.

Our garden plot - it's 10 x 20 feet.  Which seems a lot bigger when you're tilling it!

Trees in bloom

Spring is definitely here! The snow from 3 days ago is totally gone, but it seemed to green everything up.

Jack and I went to the MOPS egg hunt this afternoon.

Yes, those are several eggs in the grass right in front of him. And yes, he was more interested in the leaves and mulch on the ground than the eggs. Maybe next year. =)
